Our teams are prepared to work through all weather conditions, in remote locations, 24 hours a day. Each team member is also trained to take extreme ownership of their role. They will own everything in their world. We encourage them to work light and fun, but we also teach them the decisions they make carry mortal consequences, and to never take that for granted.
